Someone logged into my Dropbox account and changed my email

Hello,

 

My Dropbox account has been hacked and my email address changed so that I am now unable to access my files (but the hacker is). What can I do about this please? This is my personal information.

    I have been a member of Dropbox since the original days of free membership. I have posted a request of changing the email that I have owned to the support center with no response. My account was hacked and the email I had for it changed. Please contact me at [removed] for any contact or email change re directs from the original account email: [removed] to the hackers email: [removed]. Again do not contact me at the original email for it has been compromised, contact me via the Gmail above. Thabk you.

  • My account has been hacked and both my email and password have been changed. I can't change anything or even delete my account.

    I also can't contact technical support because I have a Basic account.

    Can anyone help to tell me how to get support?

    Also note that Dropbox Support is not available on weekends. You'll need to wait until AT LEAST tomorrow before you receive a response.
