Why was my account disabled?
Company account with email (like email Dropbox of me) has been disabled from Saturday, July 11, 2020.
Dropbox hasn't emailed notification?
This account is used for business.
Please help me!

As we won't be able to help much with account specific inquiries through this platform, I'd suggest using an incognito window while NOT logged into any Dropbox account to contact our support team through this form so we can look further into this.

- Justin045 years agoNew member | Level 2I’ve had Dropbox for several years without issues. One day the app on my computer has been deleted and my account no longer appears. I am sure that no one could access my physical computer. I’ve emailed Dropbox 3 times and I haven’t heard any sort of reply. I had lots of files on there. They have no helpline which is super disappointing. How can I contact them or try to recover these? Customer support is incredibly disappointing for a company like this

Hello everyone,
I have been opening tickets for three weeks to understand why my account has been suspended.
I went in smoothly and then suddenly I couldn't get in anymore.
I tried password recovery (although I'm sure of my password) and I get the message: "Sorry, this account is disabled".
No emails, no communication from Dropbox and a paid PRO account until September 2021.
I have now logged in with a new account to be able to post in the forum.
it is absurd that a paid account is deactivated without any explanation or communication.
As suggested, I also tried to open more than one ticket incognito without any response.
I would like some answers please,

I have a Dropbox Plus account in good standing, which I use every day. On Friday it was suddenly disabled without warning or explanation. I contacted support three days ago, but I still have no answer. Hence I can't access my account and my 1TB + of files.
This is very worrying and distressing. How can I find out what has happened? More importantly, how can I get my files back?

It is shocking that so many long term paying customers are having the same issue, and are unable to get a response from the Company. I always thought Dropbox was a respectable company, it looks as if I was wrong.
