Without access to the email address or a device logged in there is no way to recover it. All you can do is contact support and ask them to stop future payments.
You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums , and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

3 years agoIn that case, you'll need to contact the team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email you can access, and then submit the request. Afterwards, let us know the ticket ID from the automated email response.
