Can’t access my Dropbox account linked to my old Google email

Hello Dropbox Support Team,

I can’t access my Dropbox account because it was linked to my Google email [Removed as per Community Guidelines], and I have completely lost access to that Gmail account.

I’ve already tried the password reset option, but I can’t receive any emails since the Gmail address is no longer accessible.

Please help me verify my ownership and recover access to my Dropbox account, or transfer it to my new email address [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

I can provide any details needed to confirm ownership, such as folder names, last login date, or device information.

    Hi rendra, thanks for messaging the Community.

    I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.  
    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from in the first field.

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
