Cannot log in because my email account is closed -- cannot get security code
I retired from my job at a university. I used my university email as my log in. Now, since that email account is closed I cannot get the "security code" to complete log in.
Any suggestions as to how I can get the security so that I can recover the dropbox that I paid for?
I cannot get the answer from the AI handling online discussions and there is no customer service telephone number for DROPBOX.
HELP ! I want my documents and photos.

You can try contacting Support, but without access to the email account you likely won't be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
