Can't upgrade my account because I'm stuck in a free trial

Hi Dropbox Support,

I’m locked out of my Dropbox account because a client shared a 4 TB folder with me  and even though I haven’t uploaded a single file myself, it pushed me over my 2 TB limit. Now I can’t upload, sync, or do anything.

I tried upgrading my plan, but I’m stuck in a free trial that I started through iOS. I already contacted Apple Support and they confirmed the trial has been canceled on their end, but Dropbox still shows it as active and I can’t upgrade my plan until it ends.

To make it even more fun, the plan I’m on doesn’t allow me to contact your team directly… so I’m stuck trying to give you money and you won’t take it. Help me help you. Please.

All I want to do is upgrade to a higher plan (Professional or Business) so I can keep working with this client. I need at bare minimum 6tb since your system requires you to have a larger Dropbox than those shared with you? Is there any way you can remove the iOS trial restriction so I can upgrade directly on Dropbox.com?

Thanks for rescuing me from this shared-folder purgatorydropbox

B.M.

Hi there Brentonmann - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you let me know what's shown in your plan tab at the moment?

If you could also send us a screenshot of the error you get when trying to upgrade your account, I'd appreciate it.

While we're at it, note that you'd need to be part of a Dropbox team account on one of the Dropbox Business plans to be able to have 6 TB of data at this time, the Dropbox Professional plan comes with 3 TB.

In any case, please keep me posted on your findings, Brenton.

    HiWalterdropbox

here is what I see on my end right now. As you can see I only have 803mb in my 2TB account, however because the project I’m on in total is larger than that it does not allow me to contribute or add anything anymore.

    Context

I also tried on my computer and that doesn’t allow me to either.
