Cannot log in to my account because my email address is no longer active
I have the correct email and password but the email is no longer active so i can not get the code required to log in and I do not remember all the details on the form required to regain acess. I have contacted support but have not heard back and this is critically affecting my deliverables today.

Nobody here can help I'm afraid. You need to await a reply from support, which can take a few working days, I'm afraid - especially for non paying users.
