    Welcome to our Community, @htgadmin

Can you clarify what happens exactly when trying to share your passwords with the other users?

Are you using the Dropbox Passwords mobile app or the web extension?

Finally, do they have Dropbox Passwords accounts of their own?

    Let me know.

Desktop pcs. There are three of us in our small business. We all need to access the business passwords we save using the dropbox password extension. One of us needs to be able to access these passwords from a mobile phone.

Hey htgadmin, thanks for replying back!

In order for us to have a clear idea in mind as to what happens, would you mind clarifying if you follow these steps, in order to share your Passwords with the rest of the users?

If you do it using another way, don't hesitate to let us know.

You also mentioned that you have some issues, but didn't specify what the issue was. Do you get any errors?

    Hi Nancy,

I'm going to reply to your message with a question as we do not seem to be making any progress. We have 3 users on our paid Dropbox subscription. Some passwords need to be shared and other passwords will be specific to each user and therefore not shared. What is best way to do this please?

    Regards

    Mark

Hey htgadmin, which plan did you upgrade to? Dropbox Business?

And are these 3 users all members of a Business team, each one with their own Dropbox account or do you have an individual Dropbox subscription and are all sharing the same Dropbox login?

One account with three users including account owner and yes is for a business team.

Hi again, htgadmin! Can you please send over a screenshot of what you see on this page?

The reason why we’re asking is to make sure that you’re not all accessing Dropbox with the same email address and password. Besides this being against our Terms of Service, it’d also mean that you can’t prevent users from seeing certain passwords (in other words, everyone will be able to see all passwords stored on the account).

we all login into Dropbox with our own credentials.

    Perfect, thanks for clarifying that.

In general, each user’s passwords are private, and they can’t be seen by another Dropbox user, unless they specifically choose to share them.

To share specific passwords with one another, you and the other members can follow these steps.
