Can't sign in.
Hi,
So i haven't logged into my main account in a bit. The last time I did, we didn't receive a verification code to email.
I can no longer access that email, but I remember my account password. How do I go about this?
It's my pleasure, morel!
I was able to locate your ticket in our system as well, and I've left an internal message to our team so that they can see your convo here.

Hey morel, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you're getting any specific errors when trying to log into the account since you know the credentials? How long has it been since you last accessed the account in question?
Let us know and we'll take it from there.

No errors. It's just asking me to enter a verification code for my email address, but I no longer have access to that email address.
Can't remember when I last logged in but it's probably been a 10-15 month range. - Nancy3 years ago

Sorry for jumping in, morel.
Do you currently have any linked devices to your Dropbox account? If you check the Notifications section there, are you able to locate your one-time code?
- morel3 years agoExplorer | Level 4
No devices are currently linked. I've only used it from web browsers and all of those were logged out ages ago.

Alright; in this case, I'd suggest logging a ticket with our support team instead. To do this:
Make sure that you are NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account in your internet browser.
Go to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues, and select an âissue typeâ.
Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
Let me know your ticket number once you've done all of the above.

Hey Ricky sas.
I checked your other post here and it sounds like the issue youâre having is a little bit different to the one described in this thread.
Are you also trying to log in to your Dropbox account and youâre being asked to insert a one-time security code?
