Captcha when connecting app to dropbox on phone
I tried to connect Onlyoffice app to my Dropbox account on my phone (android) and should then prove that I am "human" by sorting a puzzle of placing a figure in a seat by combining a number wíth some icon.
Even though I managed to sort the puzzle (several times) the Captcha just started over again.
It was a terrible waste of time, when I just wanted to be able to write in my drop box files using onlyoffice and I feel really stupid that I am actually PAYING for this. Even though I until now have been a happy drop box customer. There must be other ways. Also it is difficult to see the icons, and being both a bit seeing and hearing impaired I feel that You are letting me down.
Yours truly, KG

Hi Kristine Gazel, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
This will help me to assist further!

It's possible that something was prevent the Captcha from being recognized correctly.
Are you certain that you're accessing it from a private WiFi connection, and not a business WiFi network?
