Dropbox app won't accept the 6-digit code, so I can sign in on the mobile app
I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I uninstalled some apps and reinstalled them once the reset had been completed. I signed in with my email and password. Dropbox sent me a six digit code and I entered it correctly, twice. I came out and tried to sign in again. Once again I entered the correct code, login failed. When I tried a second time, login failed. What can I do?

Hey Eleanoria, sorry to jump in here, but I was wondering; are you getting any particular errors upon logging into your paid account now?
Are you able it to log in normally through a web browser?

I've managed to delete the free account but I still can't sign in to the paid account on my phone. I changed my password and it doesn't recognise it.

Hi Eleanoria, just to make sure we're on the same page, are these the steps that you follow on your end?
If you still can't see the option there, send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual too.

I'm into the account I want to delete but I can't see an option to delete.

Do you have access to the email address?
If you do, you can always reset your password, regain access to the account and then delete it.

I can't delete the unused account as I can't remember the password.

I tried to delete the unused account but I can't remember the password so I can't delete the account.

No worries, Eleanoria, if you don't have any files or if you don't need the Dropbox account using your Gmail address, you can login to it and delete it, by following the steps here.

I have two dropbox accounts using different emails. I can't see any billing information under that account. I think the gmail account is free and I pay for the aol account which is the one I actually use. I need to delete the gmail account.

Hi Eleanoria, sorry, just to clarify, when you say you have two accounts, do you mean two Dropbox accounts under different emails, or two connected devices?
Do you see any payments on this page on your account?
