As I can see that issue is all over the same.
I cannot login to my Dropbox account on new pc due to Endless CAPTCHA loop.
I am getting message that I am recognized as human being but after that the message from Captcha popped up about not correct result. Then new captcha window is started again. I tried to pass the captcha test few times today.
I have tried different internet explorers, Edge, Chrome, Mozzila.
Please fix this.

How many businesses have to cancel their subscriptions before Dropbox does something about the atrocious CAPTCHAs that tell you there's been an error and refuse to let you into your account even after filling them all out correctly?
I recall experiencing, reading about and discussing this what, 8 months ago? We were assured it was being fixed and here we are, locked out of the account I need to sign into for like the 5th time, telling staff "sorry guess you can't do that client work, Dropbox are still using the coin flip "MFA method" (that they make you do INSTEAD of the ACTUAL MFA METHOD that you have ACTUALLY CHOSEN TO SET UP within your account security settings) so I can't possibly grant you access. Guess there's nothing to be done!"
Should we go back to pen and paper?

I could not access my Dropbox files at work this morning due to the captcha loop using wiring connection pictures. It would show that I had been approved as a human then bring up the captcha again. I had to come home to access my files where it logs in without any passwords or captchas. I was trying to use a shared computer I have access to at work when I had the problem with the captchas.

Hey peteauto, welcome to our Community!
Is the issue resolved now, or do you notice the same behavior?
I'm asking because I'd like to see how to proceed here, and if you wish for me to reach out internally about this, or if it's no longer a problem.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

This happened to me today for the first time. Some research shows that Dropbox has been subjecting users to insane puzzle captchas going back at least 5 years!
I was only able to log in to my account by resetting my password.
This captcha process is one of the worst things I've ever seen in tech.

Hi there,
Thanks again for flagging this. We really appreciate everyone who took the time to report the CAPTCHA issue. Your updates were super helpful in helping us track it down.
We know it’s frustrating to run into a problem that had already been resolved in the past, only to see it reappear, especially when it blocks access. The team was informed and jumped on it quickly, and we’re happy to share that the engineering team has fixed the root cause. Things should be working smoothly again now.
If this happens again, please let us know and we will make sure it gets sorted as soon as possible.
