Dropbox is asking for a 6-digit code, but I don't see it in Hotmail.
This problem happened last year when I returned to the US. I lost access to Dropbox on my Macbook Air and iPhone,and I have my login email and password but Dropbox is just not forwarding the verific...

2 hours agoThanks for your post, billermo, and Iâm sorry to hear about your issue.
I donât believe this is related to two-step verification (since you mention it towards the end of your post), but rather the one-time security code that Dropbox sends every now and then for security purposes (Iâm afraid that this canât be turned off).
Iâm guessing youâve done so already, but can you double check the spam folder of your email address (the one linked to the Dropbox account you canât access) and let me know if anything appears there?
Other than that, Iâd like you to make sure that no-reply@dropbox.com has been added to your email contacts, and wait a few minutes before trying to re-send the code.
