Email address being censored by Dropbox
My email address has a word in it that is being censored by Dropbox. I was allowed to use it for creating the account, but now, when I need to access the account and they send an email with a code # I need to enter to access the account - I'm screwed. I have been waiting more than 48 hours for this code to arrive in my inbox. Yes I checked spam/trash. I've had this problem with other companies, but it hasn't happened for over 7 years.
I don't see anywhere to contact someone that actually works for customer service to rectify this situation. Can someone please advise? Thanks!

Can you please clarify what you mean by "censored by Dropbox"? Did you get some kind of error message, when trying to sign in?
Any info you can give me on this, would be really helpful.
And can you add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to sign in again, to see if you get the one time code email?
