File permissions aren't matching online administrator settings

So, strange thing started happening across all of my user accounts on our Dropbox installations on our Mac OS devices.  When we go to the Admin Console and then go to Settings >Top-level content mana...

Since this seems to be affecting the whole team, have you by any chance contacted our support team directly about this?

 

If you did, you can let us know your ticket number, so that we can locate it in our system as well.

    Yes, I did attempt to contact the support team.  But unfortunately, support is not available on the weekends.  Regardless, support did message me this morning, and asked me to attempt to change the flags, ownership and permissions via the Command Line, but that did not work either.  The support ticket number is 24112545.
