Google Doc Migration will not work "Please connect Dropbox to the same Google account"
I have spent hours with Dropbox Text Support and keep getting the run around. I am trying to sync my gmail with dropbox and I keep getting this error message. I am using the same e-mail address as my primary and the one I am logging into. Google is even sending me a confirmation email that Dropbox was granted access to your Google Account. However there seems to be an error in the message. I even did this after clearing my cookies and cash. Is someone able to help.

Hey there rangeletti3, sorry to hear about this.
I know you mentioned clearing your cookies and cache, but have you tried another browser perhaps?
As for your support interaction, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?
Thanks!

Hey rangeletti3, just to clarify, are you trying to move your Google Docs to Google drive and are getting this error when following the steps here?

That is Correct!
I have taken all the screenshots of the path taken and basic profile info. You will see that my e-mail matches.

Hi rangeletti3, thanks for the info. As you've already been in contact with the support team, I'd recommend continuing with them directly as they'd have access to more account-specific information to investigate this further.

Same issue for over a year. I am trying to use Google Drive in Dropbox. Both accounts have the same Google account. Funny, I even login using Google. Then I go to link Google Drive and get a message to connect to the same account. I hope there's a fix for this soon.
