How can I check if I have a Dropbox Passwords account, before it's discontinued?

I got an email saying they are discontinuing Dropbox Passwords.  How do I determine if I have it? As far as I know I don’t, but I want to be sure!  If anyone can enlighten me as to how to find the app so I can search for it, I’ll sure appreciate it!!!

    If you received this email about Dropbox Passwords, then it's quite possible you have an account with data stored on it indeed.  

    Can you follow these steps and see if you can access your Dropbox Passwords account this way?
