    I want a live person to respond and direct me.  I do not want to cancel online.

      That isnt possible and wont happen I'm afraid. 

      If you have a PAID account you can get live support via www.dropbox.com/support plan dependent BUT they wont delete an account. You have to do that yourself by following this article.

    I have a paid account through May 1.

    Online is not recognizing me and I am getting no 

    Then I get this...with no information about recovering my password...?

    I am beyond frustrated.  Easy enough to sign up, practically impossible to cancel.  If I can't get this done, I will contact BBB to help.

    Yes.  I am stuck at the "set password" window.  Can I stop the automatic renewal?

      Hey stevematuro thanks for the screenshot! 

      Do you receive an email with further instructions? What happens when you follow the steps and set a password? Do you then get the same page when you try to delete your account?
