😞 oh no that’s the worst news.
I haven’t had access for the email in years, but the drop box I login every year or a few times a year. I’ve been doing this for 8 years and only now has it asked me to change my password. Can Dropbox not access it at all? Is there a phone number for them? Anything? Desperate here 😞

Super User IIAll support options are at www.dropbox.com/support. However, they have said in the help centre and publicly that without access to the email there is no way to prove who you are.
