I can't access Dropbox Passwords on my new iPhone, since I no longer have the old one.
Hi, I've bought a new iphone ( last one get destroyed in an accidend) so I'm trying to log in into my Passwords account but I'm unable to do it.

No, only on my Iphone.... so no other device...I've tried to have access through my Macbook but no way...
Actually I think that I have lost the 12 recovery words ...the ones I was using were from another account so i suppose I'm screwed...

Hmm, I see. You didn’t have the Dropbox Passwords extension previously installed on your Mac computer, correct?
If not, I’m afraid there’s not much to be done indeed.

yes I agree with you… I’ve to find a way to remember all the passwords or I’ve to start writing tons of emails to the customer’s support !
