I can't log in to Dropbox Passwords - "Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later".
I'm having the same problem that I had 2 years ago when trying to set up Dropbox Passwords on my Pixel 7 (ticket #23077274).
I had to delete the app from my phone and am now trying to re-install it on the same phone. I am getting the same error message that I did before: Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later.
I tried everything that was recommended before, including:
- uninstalled both Dropbox and Dropbox Passwords apps, then reinstalled
- cleared cache for Dropbox Passwords (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled)
- disconnected from Dropbox Passwords For Android under the security tab (then uninstalled Dropbox Passwords app and reinstalled)
- verified that only 2 devices (including this Pixel 7, as far as I can tell) are tied to my account
Would love help getting this set back up again.

Welcome back to our Community, Jess51! Sorry to hear you’re having the same issue.
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Security page here, under the Devices section? Feel free to hide the names of your devices, if you wish to.
I’d also like a visual of what you see here (under the “View Dropbox content” section).
Let me know when you’re ready.
