"Oops! An error has occurred, please try again later." error on Android Passwords app.

I got a new phone (Samsung s24 Plus) and can't get Dropbox passwords to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I keep getting this screen. Closing the app doesn't make it go away. When I close the app and reopen it the same screen is still there.

    Hey there BarbSkal - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox Passwords mobile app for us?

     

    Are you able to use the web extension normally?

     

    Do you see the Dropbox Passwords app under your Connected Apps tab?

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

      My phone Is One UI version: 6.1, Android version: 14

      DropBox App Version: 278.13

       

      I haven't tried it through the web b/c I want the app to work. I can access passwords on my web browser on my computer just fine.

        BarbSkal, can you also send me a screenshot of what you see here and here under your linked devices? If there’s any personal info, make sure to mask it first.
