I can't see the folders in my Dropbox that my boss has definitely shared with me. Can someone help?
Hello everyone, I've tried a few things, but I can't find the error.
I tried to connect two my private Account with the business account at the beginning. Maybe that caused my problem?
Also, I always click on next without reading.
What can I do? What am I missing?
When my boss helped me I had to share my screen with him. He described my creatively-ordered desktop as "creepy". I like that he's mercilessly honest and I also like my desktop as it is.
Can anyone help me so that I don't have to show it to him again and keep my job? ^^

Can you please let me know if you're using a personal account now or if you're part of a team account?
When you say you can't see the folders your boss is sharing with you, are you not able to see them on your computer's Dropbox folder or also on the website?
Any additional information you can share is more than welcome!

thank you very much for your feedback and for asking.
I am a part of a team account.
I see a folder with my name on it,but it's empty. It should show the other company folders.
I can't see them anywhere. Not on the website, not in the app.
When I accepted the invitation for Team Dropbox, I chose the "Link to private account" option. I have unlinked the link again.
Is there something else I can tell you?
