I entered the wrong date of birth for my account.
Good day, while trying to update my existing subscription, the wrong date of birth was entered in error, and account got demoted to basic, cant contact a service agent for assistance.
i would like to correct this mistake before i lose all the data i have backed up, as 48 hours isnt enough to back up approximately 4tb
