I lost access to my email, now I can't login to my Dropbox account
Hi!
tried to reach my deopbox account and realized (as so many others) that an additional six digit code had to be provided in order to log in. The problem is that the email connected to my dropbox...

walter.. finally I got authorization mail and restore my account evenif still I don't know how it works at this time... any way thanks to your effort.

You can click this link , but make sure you open this on a private window or incognito mode or any browser where you are not logged in to your Dropbox account ( like even if you are technically not able to log in because it is asking you for a 6-digit code, still you are already partly logged in to your Dropbox account that is just awaiting for the code verification): https://www.dropbox.com/get_help/login-issue/lost-email/logged-out-form . Under " Email address associated with your Dropbox account" please enter your old email address that is no longer active, then under " Issue Details" make sure to provide the new email that you wish to replace the old email , and let our team know that your old email is no longer active and that you needed a one time 6 digit code sent to be able to resume access to your account.
