I lost access to my email, now I can't login to my Dropbox account

Hi! tried to reach my deopbox account and realized (as so many others) that an additional six digit code had to be provided in order to log in. The problem is that the email connected to my dropbox...

    walter.. finally I got authorization mail and restore my account evenif still I don't know how it works at this time... any way thanks to your effort.

      Hi Megan, I can not access to my main dropbox account and also 6 digit code doesn't come to the mail box. could you give me any test mail or help?

      *the account can not receive mail

        Hey Jerry Jeon - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

        Can you try again after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser and let me know how it goes?

        If you check your spam/junk folder as well and still can't find the email, we can reach out via email to the email address that's connected to your profile here, on our Community to investigate further.
