I'm not getting the verification email in my inbox

Hello, I just got a new laptop and activated my Dropbox; my email was an old work email. I was able to reactivate but did not get a verification code, and I am unable to change my primary email on Dropbox before verifying. I have tried going on Chrome and the Incognito window and do not have the option to resend the verification email. 

 

Please Help

    Hi Gypsynai, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Are you able to access this work email address normally? Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list there and also check the junk/spam folder after resending the email?

     

    Is it using a public email provider, or a private domain name for the business?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
