I'm not receiving the one-time security code on my email
I have login on my account but its asking me a one time code now - I input my username and password and it says one time code is sent to my email. But I am not getting any code, I've tried and waited many times and also added the no reply email on my contacts and it still did not fixed the issue
PLEASE HELP!

Have you also checked your spam folder in case the email ended up there?
If not, try to see if you can bypass the process by resetting your password.

I tried it and waiting for 10 minutes but I still not receiving the one time code

In that case, I would suggest that you reach out to our support team directly; they should be able to help you get to the bottom of this faster.
To do that, open a private browsing/incognito window and while you're not signed in to your Dropbox account, go to this page.
Fill out the form, submit it and let us know when you have your ticket number.

Hey welski! It looks like you were signed in to your Dropbox account while submitting the ticket, as it has ended up in an unmonitored queue.
Can you please give this one more try via an incognito window, while you’re NOT logged in to ANY Dropbox account? Please send me the new ticket number you’ll receive after that or let me know, if you face any issues along the way.
