Issue with Dropbox every time it loads, it loads with a different IP to access the internet

Hi

 

My dropbox has stopped working because the software thinks it's behind a firewall. Please reset it from your side thank you.

    It doesn't work like that. There's nothing for Dropbox to reset on their end and Dropbox has no control over the settings of your installation.

     

    If the Dropbox application thinks it's behind a firewall then there's something blocking it on your side; either a network/firewall issue or possibly antivirus.

     

    Temporarily disable any firewall and antivirus you may be running and try it again. Make sure the Proxy setting in Dropbox Preferences is set to Auto, or No Proxy if it's already set to Auto (and you don't use a proxy).

    What are the Ip that should be allowed for dropbox for firewall?

    I have just uninstalling this and it requires an internet access?

     

    Can someone reset this from their side, I have also disable this on the firewall and allowing all.
