I can understand your frustration, this is indeed a tough situation, if the admin of the team you joined is hard to contact.
I was able to look up your communications with our support team and I can see they've explained the situation, which unfortunately is what needs to happen in this case.
From what I can see, though, they have contacted the admin of the team on your behalf, so it's up to them now, since our team cannot take such actions on an account.
Hopefully, this will get resolved really soon for you, so you can have your individual account back.
On my end, I've passed along your feedback to the team and raised the priority of your ticket.
