My email address is no longer active, so I can't login to Dropbox
Hi, the email that was used to setup my dropbox account is no longer active. I am therefore unable to access my account. I need to access so that I can update the email to my new email. I pay for my subscription. I am at a loss on how to contact Dropbox to help me.

Hi SRaj, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

Yes. Make sure you're not signed in to any account, including these forums, when you do so. It would be best to open the link in an Incognito/private browsing window.
