need help
hello, i need help with my other drop box account. i have access to the email now, and the code is not sending even through its the email linked to the drop box account. please help me, i have tried everything over these past few weeks and would like to speak to someone to help me. i have photos on there of a loved one that passed on this friday…

Did you also check your email’s spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts?
If you did and that didn’t help, I’d suggest reaching our support team directly and they’ll further help. Here are the steps to do this. Feel free to send me your ticket number too, in this scenario.

Hi marcellasg, when you followed the steps from my colleague, did you enter an email address that you're able to access?
You should've received an automated email response with a ticket ID when you submitted the query.

i have tried - Checking spam folder
- From diferente browsers
- From private / incognite window
- Add contact no-reply@dropbox.com and still no luck, been trying for weeks now. please can someone help me, email me please… - Walter2 years ago
