No access to old email address, so I can't receive the security email.
Hello, i would need help and chat with google: i created specifically an account for that as my pb is to connect to a former account where everything is stored but the email address i used is no longer available so i don't receive the security mail

You mentioned that you need to connect to an older account, but you don't receive the security email.
Without access to the email address linked to the Dropbox account, there's not much that we can do, I'm afraid. Is it possible that you have any devices, linked to that old Dropbox account of yours?
I'd also suggest that you reach out to your email provider, to see if they can re-create that email for you.
As for the chat that you mentioned, keep in mind that in Dropbox the type of support you have is based on your account's plan, and you should be able to see more about that here.

Without access to the email you can almost certainly not recover the account unless you have a device already logged in: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
- Cyril 13 years agoNew member | Level 2Hi Megan and Mark, sorry for the delay, i am 57 and cell phones are not intuitiv 4 me. I neither have access to my old mail, even with the provider, nor the former cell phone that wasn't as waterproof as it was said ^^ i understand there is no solution, it s a pity dropbox did not plan this type of issue

I changed phones and companies. Traded old phone in and no longer have access to the email address associated with my account. How can I get my other Dropbox account back?

Without a device already logged in, or, access to the email address it is not possible I'm afraid.
