    I've also just seen that you posted on another thread (here) almost a year ago. Just as a heads up that inactive accounts are removed after 12 months - so all data is deleted 12 months after last log on.

Hi Megan, I don't have an older device - I updated my Mac and iPhone since then. I'll see if I can get my previous employer to temporarily recreate my email address and see if that works. These files are so important and need to be archived.

Hey Vaughan W, hopefully, they'll be able to help you with this, but if not and you still want to reach out to our support team, you'll need to go to the page I linked from a private browsing window or a browser that is not signed in to any Dropbox account.
