Not receiving emails for reset password or verification code

Hi. 
I have another account on my work email, that does not receive either password reset or verification email. We are working online on this account weekly but after a reinstallation of my computer i needed to verify again and it is not working. I have checked with the email provider, they say they receive email to others users from dropbox, so no trouble there. I have added no-reply as safe sender as well. Can i post the usename here?

    In general, I'd advise you to not post any personal info here (in case you wanted to post the email address of your Dropbox account), since it's against our Community Guidelines, and it's also to protect your own personal details. 

     

    Do you mean that you reinstalled the Dropbox app on your computer perhaps, and now you’re being asked for a security code?

     

    Since you've already done some troubleshooting and checked everything (I’m guessing your spam folder, too), have you also opened any tickets with our support team, by any chance? If yes, I'd like you to send me your ticket number here.
