Re: Error 500 when trying to delete account

Dropbox Basic membership

Question or Issue
When I try to delete the account, I get an error 500 error on the last step.  I do not have any pending downgrade from a higher tier, and I have tried on several browsers over several days.  Screenshot below:

    After some back and forth with support, they were finally able to remove my dropbox account for me by my request.  Thank you!

    I had some initial contact from support via email, but have not received any additional communication since last Tuesday.  I'm still having the same issue.
