Security code is sent to an email address I can no longer access and I can't log in to my account

My email has changed and I can't log in because the security code is being sent to my old email address that does not exist anymore. I don't have a phone number registered to get a text. I also got a new computer. I'm already logged in on my iPad account, but I'm unable to change my email on the iPad. I saw another post that indicated I could  change my email on the browser website but again, I can't log into it in the browser because of the security code being sent to my old email, which I can't see.  Please help!

    I would strongly suggest getting a copy of your data and saving it somewhere else immediately via the iPad (maybe create a new account and share the folders over) because if you get logged out by accident etc. on the iPad there is a VERY strong chance you wont be able to regain access at all. https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access

    I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly so they can assist with your sign in issues.

    To do that, open an incognito/private browsing window on your browser and go to this page, fill out the form and submit a request.
