Someone changed the email address on my account
Please help!
Someone accessed my Dropbox account somehow and after they reset the password, they changed the email address so I can no longer reset the password. How do I access my files before...

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

No they are individual accounts sharing one folder with all of our content.

3 years agoHi Xxxggghhh917, since the accounts are all individual ones, then you'd need to submit a ticket from the email address linked to each individual account that was compromised.
