This Account hast been Markes as inactive

Hey, i Just wantes to Login, but then i Just got the Message that my Account has been Markes as inactive and that i should contact my Team admin?
I think i sont have one, couse the Last Team i used Dropbox for Business things i was at school but that was Like in 2021

    Hi Lmaooo 

     

    One of two things. How long ago did you last use the account? If over 12 months the account has been wiped and data is not recoverable 

     

    If less than that and you are on a Team you need to speak to the Admin of that team for help

    Hey, thanks for your answer. The think ist im Not in a Team and i used IT Yesterday. 2h later my Account was disabled. This morning when i tried to Login the senzence Just popped of with that im inactive and so on. I used Dropbox often but only to Look at old Pictures. For a year i didnt deleted or Download anything

    I'd say you need to speak to the last Team you were part of - school if that is where you got the account
