"Two-factor authentication text message couldn't be sent" error
Hello,
I am unable to get the 2FA text sent to login to my Dropbox account.
I get the error: Two-factor authentication text message couldn't be sent. <a href="/help/364">Help</a>
This is happening on ALL platforms and devices. Please help!

Since this issue requires access to info specific to your account, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
To do so, open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page without logging in to your account.
Submit your request and send us your ticket number.
