"Two-Factor Authentication text message couldn't be sent" error when trying to sign in to my account
Hello,
I am trying to sign in to our Dropbox account and being greeted with an error that states:
"Two-Factor Authentication text message couldn't be sent"
We only have 2FA SMS setup and as a result can't access support to even submit a ticket to get it overriden?
Any help appreciated.

Can you try using your recovery codes instead to access your account even that way.

You can go to http://www.dropbox.com/support to log a ticket while not logged in - even to here, therefore use an incognito window.

Another thing to try actually, is a different browser and/or clearing cache/cookies and temp internet files.
