Unable to delete my account - says user ID and password don't match
I've been trying to delete my account. I've never used this account since I first opened it a month or two ago. Today, I followed the instructions, entered my password (it doesn't provide a place...

I'm having the same issue.... Yet I cant get help because I don't have a premium account.... Ridiculous
I'm using Google to log in and when I enter my google password, I get the error.... Change the password, same thing... did this on multiple computers and my phone...
I JUST WANT TO GET RID OF THIS ACCOUNT!!!!

Could you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser and let us know if this persists?
If It does, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual of the error you're getting too.
