I noticed the app was just updated, so I tried again.

All you suggest have already been tried out. The problem is reported one week ago, and we are desperately in need of a solution.

4 years agoHi everyone, I hope you’re all doing great.
For anyone who’s still having this issue, can you please go here and open a ticket/email with our support team?
After you’ve done so, please make sure to send me your ticket numbers here.
Thanks!

I'd be happy to submit a ticket if I could figure out how to do so. I can't seem to get past the "Chatbot", which offers up unhelpful suggested answers to whatever question I enter ("can't log into Dropbox using the S Mode app") but seems uninterested in letting me proceed to actually file a ticket.
More precise instructions, ideally bypassing the annoying Chatbot, would be greatly appreciated.
I'm using the "S Mode" app on a Surface Pro X running Windows 11 for Arm, by the way....because Dropbox still refuses to release a full-featured Dropbox client for Windows for Arm...grr....

Following your suggested link I get two possibilites: Ask Dropbot or Visit he Community. I can't see there is any possibility of filing a ticket there.
