I no longer have the email linked to my Dropbox account. When they send verification number I'm unable to get it. What can I do

Hey Seandc99, thanks for posting this here.

We’re talking about the one-time security code, correct?

Out of curiosity, do you have any other devices that are still linked to the same Dropbox account? If yes, i’d like you to check their notifications, as the one-time code can also be found there.

Let me know if that helps!

I don't have any devices linked to the account. I have the email and password and able to verify my identity.

Thanks for clarifying! I searched our system in the meantime, and I can see you’ve already reached our support team.

I’d suggest waiting for their reply, and they’ll further assist. I’ve also left them an internal message for you.
