Hi Jay,
I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried to troubleshoot this by using different browsers and even an incognito mode. I really would like to set up my phone number. Any advice?

Hey Ciaa! Sorry for jumping in.
Did you receive the error message mentioned above the very first time you tried to add your phone number as part of the two-step verification process? Had you tried to enable 2FA again at some point in the past?
Can you send me a screenshot of the error message you’re getting, so that we can also have a visual? Just make sure your personal info isn't showing.

Thank you for getting back.
I got the message the first time I tried to add the phone number. I waited 24 hours, and it happened again. Then I waited 72 hours, and it keeps happening...
Here is the screen shot:
I've been checking multiple forums and I can see that many people has had the same error.
Any idea how can we fix this?
