Chat support -- how can I access it?

I have dropbox plus. and it says I have chat support.  9-5.  do you know what time zone? is today holiday?  will I be able to ask for support later? is that access thru support option? I don't even see the support email. It says I can also have email or chat support!

    You can go to www.dropbox.com/support and access it - or email if closed. BUT you can only access that while logged in to the account you are paying for.

    thanks. I am logged in. and go to support, but it just shows all the options. 

    It does say I have support: Your Plus plan includes access to our Help Center, Community, Chatbot, Email and Chat. 

    but I just don't see email.  even if the chat is off line, I should still find email?? 

    thanks for reply.  I hit contact support and keep going back to the same page where it shows me above message and options and compare plans!

      You should see a blue Chat Now button if it's currently open, or greyed out if currently unavailable. I don't know what country you're in, but it is a federal holiday in the US today, so they may not be available.

      They call it email, but it's not an email address that you can just send a message to. You need to fill out the form on the Support page.

    looking at Related Content, I'm not the only one.  not sure why they have to hide it from members?!  ridiculous.  I've used it before

    thanks all. Chat is available today. I think the problem is..  or the steps is: go to contact support. then they  have the items you have trouble with you need to select, then you click on the topic.. let's say, sharing links..  and then it shows some related content. if it doesn't help, you need to click on " This Did Not Solve MY Issue"  in smaller print, in order to find the next page.. to then choose from "email form", or "chat".. or "call back if you have that plan">   but I didn't see the " This Did Not Solve MY Issue"   option so I can't get to that page to choose chat or email. and thus can't even see the hours or start chat.  thanks for all the reply. Surely, there is an easier way to show us chat. It doesn't seem sincere to help your subscribers.   even if you do AI chat bot..  then transfer to human support, it's still better than hiding all the links!

      It seems that they are updating the information and ways to get help DL-CA! That wasn't like that a few days ago....
