Hi plutogenie and Tam73 - apologies for the radio silence on this - I promise your comments were shared with the team and they are working on some updates, but I'm afraid I don't have anything new to share right this minute - I've re-shared this with the team so I'll share an update when I hear back, and I will share any timeline info as soon as I can.

Hi Tam73,
No, I haven’t received any update about the issues I raised. And looking at the tool just now, none of the issues have been addressed. It suggests Dropbox has no interest in user concerns.

has you received any updates on your very specific and detailed post? Im scrolling and not sure why more comments seem to go unanswered and when they do respond, its in a separate thread, making it hard to notice replies.

Hey there, jasonptaylor, let's jump right into this!
Can you send me a couple of screenshots -omitting any personal info- showing your account's space when you check your notification center, and what you see in your dashboard too?
While you're at it, can you also check your account's plan page online, and let me know what it reports?
Keep me posted!

I am not sure if my issue is connected but now I am getting a sync paused warning and that I am (close to) out of space. I was a very early adopter of Dropbox and participated in some campaigns to get new people using the platform by sharing invitations or something. Through this I was able to get more than the standard storage space. Now there seems to be a conflict with basic limit and what I have. I says I have 5.4G of 2G available through the notification (bell) center. When I go to the dashboard it shows 5.4G of 7G

This is nice! The shortcut makes it easier to confirm and organize File accessibility across one's Dropbox accounts, especially when you proceed to click on the three ellipses, beside an item to instantly expand for more options. Thanks for sharing.

The changes to DB have made things MORE DIFFICULT to actually quickly see how much space is actually available. Now, it only shows how much total space I have. That is NOT helpful in the big picture. I need to have a reference point to the total amount before things get too full. I don't want to have to go digging.
Please bring back the old version of clicking in the DB icon in my Mac tool bar, clicking on my initial and it shows how much I have used (or how much is STILL available). Thanks. - Amy5 months ago

Hi plutogenie - thank you for sharing such detailed and thoughtful feedback, it is really helpful for the team!
I've shared this with the folks working on this, so it may take a little time to review and come back with an update about what else is planned - but the team can investigate that buggy behaviour in the meantime as well. I'll be in touch as soon as I have more information.

Hi Mark - I've spoken to the team about this, and they've taken the feedback on board, and they are working on improving this view further. Thanks for the input!
