Dateien nicht aktualisiert

Wenn ich in meinen Ordnern Dateien ändere, werden sie in der  Dropbox nicht aktualisiert. Was muss ich tun, damit ich meine geänderten Dateien auch über die Dropbox abrufen kann?

  1. Liegen diese Ordner im "Dropbox-Ordner"??
  2. "Läuft" die Dropbox-App? (Icon in der Task/Menü-Leiste sichtbar)
  3. besteht eine Internetverbindung?
  4. Ist nicht auf "Synchronisieren pausieren" geschaltet?
  5. Sind die Dateien sehr groß/Internetverbindung langsam und wurde nicht lange genug gewartet?
