Dropbox Basis obwohl Professional bezahlt - Apple Pay

Ich habe Dropbox Plus abonniert, aber nur Basic erhalten. Der Betrag wurde via Apple bezahlt. Ich habe sämtlich Schritte der hier bereits beschriebenen Lösungen durchgeführt, aber nichts hat geholfen...

Das hatte ich bereits versucht, ohne Erfolg. Es poppt ein Fenster auf „Käufe können nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten“.
