este formato de archivo no es compatible

    Ayuda para resolver este problema, descargue la versión ofline porque no me permite instalar online, pero ahora este arroja el siguiente mensaje:

    Ojo mi sistema operativo es windows 7 de 64 bit, no como indica el mensaje.
